Two of the biggest names in online gambling have partnered in an agreement that should bring some more of the world’s best online slot machines to a casino already known for having a great variety of games. Microgaming, one of the largest online gambling software providers in the industry, has agreed to provide a variety of Flash-based casino games to Mr. Green Casino, which already features games from a number of different software providers.
The agreement will see Microgaming provide software based on the QuickFire platform. This independent software platform features numerous Flash titles that should fit in naturally with the Mr. Green instant play casino. These will join a number of Microgaming games have already gone live at Mr. Green, including games like the Thunderstruck series and Tomb Raider games.
According to executives at Mr. Green Casino, the addition of Microgaming should solidify their standing as having one of the best game varieties in the online casino market.
“At Mr. Green, one should be able to expect to find the best casino games available,” said Mr. Green CEO Mikael Pawlo. “We were one of the first online casinos in the world to offer a seamless solution of different casino vendors. By adding Microgaming to our portfolio, we now offer games from five different vendors.”
Those five different game providers have made Mr. Green a formidable player in the online casino world. At the moment, players are able to play the Betsoft Gaming lineup of 3D slots at Mr. Green, which are among the most technologically advanced slots in the world. If another company might be able to contest this title, it would likely be Wagerworks, the online slots branch of IGT, which is also available at Mr. Green. These two collections are buoyed by slot machines that belong to Net Entertainment and Nyx Interactive, both of which offer extensive collections of solid slots to the lineup.
But adding Microgaming to this collection is still a major coup for Mr. Green. Microgaming has access to 600 exclusive games, including several major jackpots. For instance, Microgaming has the world’s largest online slots jackpot, known as Mega Moolah. It’s uncertain as to whether this jackpot will be available soon at Mr. Green Casino; nonetheless, simply having access to a large suite of Microgaming games is a huge boost to the site’s slot offerings.
In addition, future additions by Microgaming also have operators of Mr. Green excited. Pawlo specifically singled out The Dark Knight as one machine they hope to see at their casino in the future, as the Batman movie-themed slot machine is expected to launch sometime this summer. In addition, a slot based on the movie’s sequel, The Dark Night Rises, is expected to be released in 2013.
First established in 2008 in Sweden, Mr. Green casino currently offers online casino games to players in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria and Germany. The casino is licensed in Malta and offers about 200 casino games to its players.
